Assisting you to find clarity, confidence and inner peace.
Do you feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or have something that is worrying you and causing you to overthink things or turn to unhelpful coping strategies?
Are the recent restrictions of movement and social isolation exacerbating existing symptoms, affecting your ability
to cope with day-to-day living and perhaps having an impact on your physical wellbeing too?
Maybe you are struggling to come to terms with a bereavement or the anticipated loss of a loved
one.
Perhaps you are going through the menopause, struggling to cope and would like some assistance in
managing this transition.
Like physical health, we all have mental health too. Just as our bodies can become unwell, so can our
minds. A mental health problem can arise at any time and affect us all regardless of our age, race,
religion or income. It is not the result of personal weakness or lack of strength of character.
Whatever issue you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. Now is the time to take action to seek support for what is going on for you right now.
I have resumed in person face to face counselling.
I also offer therapy via telephone or online-video counselling to those who have access to a smartphone, tablet, private laptop or computer.
They are both excellent alternatives which enables access to counselling from the comfort of your own space.
I am able to offer out of hours appointments for those who require evening slots and have immediate availability.
For those that fear technology, let me assure you this process can be fully explained prior to the session and any fears about online counselling alleviated.
