COVID-19 Update

Due to current restrictions in place, I am unable to offer face to face counselling in person at this time. However, I have immediate availability for telephone or online-video counselling to those who have access to a smartphone, tablet, private laptop or computer.

I offer therapy via video conferencing (Zoom) and telephone. They are both excellent, effective mediums that I love working with.

For those who fear technology, let me reassure you that process can be fully explained prior to the counselling session and any fears or misconceptions about on line counselling alleviated.
