I have resumed in person face to face counselling.
I also offer therapy via telephone or online-video counselling to those who have access to a smartphone, tablet, private laptop or computer.
They are both excellent alternatives which enables access to counselling from the comfort of your own space.
I am able to offer out of hours appointments for those who require evening slots and have immediate availability.
For those that fear technology, let me assure you this process can be fully explained prior to the session and any fears about online counselling alleviated.
